NON-EXCLUSIVE BEAT LICENSE AGREEMENT
Non-Exclusive License | 50/50 Revenue Share | Instant Binding Terms
This Beat License Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into upon the purchase of a beat (“Beat”) from Quablab Productions, Inc. c/o Yaiquab Be El (“Licensor”) by the individual or entity purchasing the Beat (“Licensee” or “You”) via any authorized platform (“Platform”).
By purchasing a Beat from the Platform, you agree to the following legally binding terms:
1. LICENSE GRANT
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-bearing license to:
Use the Beat in music, songs, videos, live performances, and creative projects.
Distribute and monetize your song that incorporates the Beat on streaming platforms, YouTube, TikTok, social media, TV, film, and radio.
Remix, edit, or modify the Beat for creative use in your project.
2. OWNERSHIP
Licensor retains full ownership and copyright of the original Beat.
Licensee owns the final song excluding the underlying instrumental.
This license does not grant exclusive rights. The Beat may be licensed to others.
3. CREDIT REQUIREMENTS
You must credit the producer in all metadata, descriptions, and release formats as:

4. PROHIBITED USES
You may not:
Resell or sublicense the Beat “as-is.”
Claim ownership or authorship of the instrumental.
Use the Beat in connection with hate speech, illegal activity, or explicit violent content.
5. LICENSE CONFIRMATION
This license becomes effective and legally binding immediately upon purchase. No signature is required. All sales are final and non-refundable.
6. NO WARRANTIES
All Beats are provided “as-is.” Licensor makes no warranties regarding fit for a specific purpose or commercial success.
7. 50/50 REVENUE SHARE
All revenue earned from use of the Beat, including but not limited to:
Streaming (Spotify, Apple Music, etc.)
YouTube & TikTok monetization
Live performances
Merchandise inspired by the Beat or song
Film/TV sync placements
…shall be split 50/50 between the Licensor and Licensee, unless a separate agreement grants exclusivity.
Revenue Distribution Obligations:
You agree to register Licensor as 50% rights holder with your distributor, PRO, or collection society.
You must provide royalty statements or access for transparency.
Failure to honor the 50/50 agreement may result in takedown, license revocation, and legal recourse.
7a. EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS OPTION
To retain 100% of future revenue, Licensee may contact Licensor to purchase exclusive rights, priced separately and governed by a custom agreement.
8. INDEMNIFICATION
Licensee agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Licensor from any claims related to misuse, unauthorized use, or breach of this Agreement.
9. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, with all disputes to be resolved in Los Angeles County courts.
